I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Urban DC (Brooklyn, NY) in Dec 2015

Interview

I met the owner at two ASCE events where I gave him my resume. The second time he gave me his card and I called him a week or so later to discuss coming into the office. After three hours, he and his right-hand man said they would let me know what salary they plan on offering me. I took a quick AutoCad test, and showed them some engineering calculations and writing samples.
