Poorly organized interview (if it can be called that) with CEO. I met with everyone who was not actively doing something else, which gave a good view into a day-in-the-life. I personally liked everyone I met. Urban Till has many excellent engineering things going on in design. R&D engineer people=innovative Red flags--Work Culture comes from the Top. Systemic attitudes about hygiene and safety? Very concerning considering this is a place of materials for food preparation. The budgeting for life sciences and hygiene was very unclear and questions were not resolved. Disappointed.
