Initially had a phone interview which was great, the following in person interview was also great, then met with the Owner via zoom call who was uninterested yet complimenting? Very strange manner. I was told that they would get back to me once they reviewed together amongst themselves. I allowed 2 weeks until I sent a follow up email. Waited a few more days to confirm they had received my email to then receive a reply a few minutes later stating they had replied saying they were still making a decision but I didn’t receive it. (My email receives every email so I have reason to believe they forgot). Gave them another 2 weeks and they didn’t bother to send me any reply so I followed up one last time. No response. I recently saw they had re uploaded the initial job posting without even notifying me I hadn’t got the job. This is extremely unprofessional. Highly advise against applying here as they will most likely keep you in limbo for months.
