      Agile Coach Interview

      9 Sept 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Berlin
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Urbyo (Berlin) in Aug 2022

      Interview

The process directly started with a first call with the hiring manager. There was no previous recruiter step. The usual baseline was created by getting an overview about what Urbyo does and how they are organized and then diving into my previous experience, reasons for leaving and about what I'm looking for in a new employer. Following that, a call with a member of the management team took place, where the conversation mostly revolved around how I'd approach the teams in my first weeks at the company and how I deal with difficult situations. The last step in the process was a talk with one of the founders, which was driven more by questions from candidate perspective rather than from the side of the founders, which shows appreciation and gives space to see whether there's a personal match to Urbyo. Overall, there was a lot of emphasis on making sure I'd be independent in my work. Unfortunately I felt left hanging in the air a bit (too long) after completion of the last talk, as to whether they'd like to hire me or not.
