User Research International interview questions

URI does a thorough interview. Typically our candidates are involved in 2-3 rounds of interviews. Researcher candidates will be asked to present their portfolio in the final panel interview stage.

Process was fairly standard. Starts with initial interview with HR, then a hiring manager, then multiple people. Was nice to speak to current employee, and managers seemed nice. However, they took weeks to get back to me after the final interview, and sent a copy-paste response.
