Usercentrics Customer Support interview questions

The interview process was great at first sight , however, for some reason, they gave Technical Support assignment to complete for the position of Customer Support which required deep knowledge of Javascript and usage of Regular expressions ( which wasn't mentioned in the job description). Having completed all successfully, I was invited for the final interview where they literally told me they impressed, and I didn't have to complete all of that ( why do you give a Technical Support assignment for a position of Customer support then?), and I'd get a decision in a week. After 2 weeks, I contacted the company myself just to get a generic rejection email, and they ghosted me once again after I asked for a more detailed feedback (which is a reasonable request after investing my time a completing everything successfully.)
