Utac interview questions

After interviewing for senior engineer role, the interviewer mentioned I might be a better fit for project manager. Again shared my CV online and get an automated interview email, but booking it in on a specific date and time without checking that it suited me. Get there, pleasant interview, team were very nice and i felt good about the job. They apologised profusely for ghosting me for the last job. 3 months later and nothing back after this second interview. They ghosted me AGAIN, AFTER APOLOGISING AND SAYING THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME THIS TIME. Maybe I’m the problem, idk.
