I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Utah Media Group (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview was fine, it was the communication that I had a problem with. I got a call to interview about a week after applying. The in-person interview was very unstructured, but I thought it went well. I was told in the interview that I would hear back in 1-1.5 weeks at the latest about their decision. I followed up twice with my HR point-of-contact and my emails were completely ignored. 3 weeks later I was finally able to hunt down the email address of the person I interviewed with after an hour of searching online, and it was then that I was told I wasn't selected to move on to the second interview. I think it's really unprofessional to not do someone the courtesy of at least returning their follow-up email after interviewing in person.

Question 1
What creative hobbies do you have? Would you still want to do this job if you won the lottery/were a millionaire?

Interview
I was contacted within a few days by a HR employee to set up an in person interview after submitting my resume online. I first interviewed with the HR Manager for about 20 minutes and then interviewed with the Publications Manager for the same amount of time.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Utah Media Group (West Valley City, UT) in June 2016
Interview
A little on the long side, the interview was pretty standard to begin. Basic interview questions were asked by HR, then there was a group and individual interview with the creative/marketing team. I was moved around the rooms quite a bit, which for me was fine, but could have been stressful. If applying for any creative position, bringing a physical portfolio is a great idea. They really appreciated it in the group interview where most of the team hadn't seen my work.
