Utah State University Program Assistant II interview questions

I applied and received an interview about 9 days later. I went to the location and met with the supervisor and other program assistants. It was hard to find the small cinderblock building in the middle of a dirt parking lot. There was a note on the door saying to go to the back. I heard people talking inside saying "She is here!" but when I couldn't easily find which door to go to they didn't come out to help me. I finally opened the back door which led to a back office. It was an awkward experience.
