The interview usually includes a panel of interviewers who have to agree on the score of your answers to the questions. The questions will be different based on the position, but they are generally looking for thought process and paradigm fit more than technical or trick questions. If there is a tie between interviewees then they may ask for a written submission that will be a more difficult exercise that will need research and time.
