Interview
A fairly standard face to face format with 2 interviewers. Conducted in a professional manner, although they did focus, uncomfortably, on older technical skills from my CV that were not mentioned at all in their full job spec. While I admit this did throw me off a little, I was disappointed to hear in the feedback they gave the recruitment agent afterwards that they felt I was unprepared.
Their decision was provided within a few working days of the interview.
