It involved only one interview before a decision was made. Overall, a straight forward interview and felt like more of a conversation. It also involved a test to assess your knowledge.

We went through my resume and talked about my experience as well as how familiar I am with solidworks and sheet metal. Went over what the duties and responsibilities of the drafting position. At the end they made me do a math test.
