You'll get a screening call, two different calls to get to know different leaders on the company that may end up working with you and finally, you'll have a challenge to perform that includes a couple exercises to work on.

Make a roadmap for product changes and team allocation. Product critique on a competitor's app. Writing down example technical specification for a given specific task.
Interview with HR then design challenge.
The design challenge was quite a daunting task (design a whole dashboard) and after sending I didn't hear more than a rejection when they specifially said that I will receive feedback which I asked for on many follow up emails but never received an answer.
I think if you are asking for such a big task you should at least give proper feedback. I may have worked for free who knows...
it was good just checking u are understanding concepts, and talk about the whole testing process, and there was some tricky questions
