The hiring process was very different than anything I've experienced. The interview was 2 hours long, and I met 5 different people, ranging from potential team members, up to the CEO. They wanted to know me personally and also what I thought about the space in which they existed in the tech world. It was very warm. Very San Francisco tech startup. Very much about meshing well with those you work with. They want to hire someone with the right skill sets who will fit in with a team that they've honed.
