Interview
The company demonstrated a strong sense of urgency in scheduling the initial interview, but communication significantly declined afterward. Despite multiple follow-up attempts over several weeks, I did not receive any updates regarding the status of my candidacy.
The interview itself involved two team members. While one interviewer was engaged and professional, the other appeared disengaged at times, frequently turning off their camera during the conversation, which created a less-than-ideal candidate experience.
Based on my experience, as well as similar feedback shared by other candidates, there appears to be room for improvement in communication and the overall interview process. Additionally, prospective applicants may want to carefully evaluate whether the compensation aligns with the experience and responsibilities outlined for the role.
I would encourage candidates to be mindful of the time commitment involved in the interview process and to set expectations accordingly.

Two interviews. Second interview was with the paid media manager and a gentleman with some made up title like people’s president or something who was super rude to me and whose vibe was super off putting.
The interview went smooth though, one of the employers was very involved while the other looked like she was forced to be there.
I followed up 2x in a week and never got a response back regarding the position. I was ghosted after the interview. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
