V Digital Services interview questions

The company demonstrated a strong sense of urgency in scheduling the initial interview, but communication significantly declined afterward. Despite multiple follow-up attempts over several weeks, I did not receive any updates regarding the status of my candidacy. The interview itself involved two team members. While one interviewer was engaged and professional, the other appeared disengaged at times, frequently turning off their camera during the conversation, which created a less-than-ideal candidate experience. Based on my experience, as well as similar feedback shared by other candidates, there appears to be room for improvement in communication and the overall interview process. Additionally, prospective applicants may want to carefully evaluate whether the compensation aligns with the experience and responsibilities outlined for the role. I would encourage candidates to be mindful of the time commitment involved in the interview process and to set expectations accordingly.
