V-Konnect interview questions

It should not be difficult.candidate must have good communication skills and having basic knowledge of MS word and they should be interested in recruitment process. They have interested in recruitment and any graduate can apply for the same.

Interview process is not much difficult here. There were 2 rounds of interview :- 1. Telephonic 2. TL interview 3. MD interview Basically, the coms skills and spirit of initiative in the candidate is being checked. Technicality check for recruitment knowledge as well as PI questions.
