VAL Health interview questions

Started with a screening call, talked to one of the consultants, and then was walked through a case study. Case was average, more about evaluating how you think about applying behavioral science to healthcare. Process was straightforward and fairly quick (~2 weeks). Didn't get an offer.

Have a phone screen for the first round then have a call with the CEO. They are all very direct and straightforward in the interview. Get the sense that the company is very fast-paced. Can definitely relate with other reviews that CEO really likes to interrupt people in the interview, which can seem intimidating and rude. The whole process went ok in general.
