I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at VAYUZ Technologies (Noida) in June 2025
Interview
The process started with a telephonic round, followed by a React-based task. I then went through a total of 4-5 rounds, including one face-to-face interview at their office.
While the interviewers were generally professional and the process was thorough, I was ultimately rejected with the reason cited as “underconfidence.” I appreciate feedback, but this felt somewhat subjective, especially after multiple technical rounds that went well.

Interview
The interview consisted of easy to medium-level theoretical questions focused on assessing my conceptual understanding rather than hands-on technical skills. There were no coding tasks or practical assessments involved. The discussion primarily revolved around fundamental principles, best practices.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about my experience and the projects I’ve worked on. In the final interview with the CTO, he asked whether I plan to start my own startup in the future. I replied honestly that I’m not currently interested in starting my own venture — my focus is on gaining solid experience in my field and potentially working at a product-based company to deepen my skills. My response seemed to genuinely surprise him, perhaps because he expected a more entrepreneurial mindset, but I believe in building a strong foundation first.
