I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at VCA
Interview
The interview was easy they asked the usual questions. And when they thought based on my answers I might be what they were looking for they sent me to work as a job shadow. This was to of course see if I could work with the team and handle the pressure as well as how good you are with animals. Patient care is very important here as it should be everywhere.
The interview process is really easy. Just be yourself and be honest. It's very relaxed. They will want to know what you are capable of doing and what type of person you are.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at VCA (Sugar Land, TX) in July 2021
Interview
Very straight to the point and engaging. Interesting questions were asked instead basic interviews questions, each question properly pertained to the job. Super positive, and thankfully not too intimidating for someone with anxiety like me.
