I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at VCMT (London, England) in June 2018
Interview
We were 7-8 people in a quite small room. We had about 5-10 mins to chat with the other participants, then 4-5 employees just rushed in to the room (military style) and gave us to do 100 math calculus questions (such as 16.75 x 3.1 = ...) while loud music was playing. Some candidates were eliminated after each round.
After this step we had to do a trading game in which nobody had a clue of what was happening. We had to place bids and asks in order to make a profit(crew members also joined the game). My honest opinion is that, although it was a lot of pressure, the employees were laughing and making it feel unprofessional.
