I applied online. I interviewed at VEG ER for Pets (San Jose, CA)
Interview
Started with a phone screening, then they ask you to take an online assessment. From there, you will go in person to "shadow" the hospital for the in person interview. It felt less like an interview and more so for you to see if you're okay with the open concept hospital. Thought the interview process itself was fine, but was ghosted afterwards, no updates even after reaching out. Would appreciate if companies respect people's time more and at least respond to say no. During the interview, they even picked up a call and rejected another candidate in front of me.

Interview
The interview process went well! There were 4 interviewed, I didn't get an offer, and it might be because I didn't do my 100%. Many of the questions were around automations/ and onboarding/offboarding. I was honest about my answers.

We had a zoom interview. The interviewer literally told me he didn't even look at my resume or LinkedIn. They e-mailed me 2 weeks later to tell me they went with someone else.
