Applied online. Had a phone interview. Then had multiple interviews at the office. The people interviewing made you feel very comfortable so it was not challenging. Most of the questions were related to previous work experiences and basically my resume.

Nel primo colloquio con il dipartimento Risorse Umane ho discusso le mie motivazioni principali per il ruolo e l'azienda, mentre nei successivi due incontri con i manager abbiamo approfondito le mie esperienze professionali e le competenze acquisite nel corso degli anni.

I applied online and heard back a few weeks later. First I talked with HR through phone interview. Then I talked with hiring manager over zoom. very simple and straightforward.
Two phone interviews, not great conversation. Seemed to be looking for someone with experience which seemed odd as it was an internship. Ended up getting the job. Overall, a poor first impression of the company.
