Interview
Phone interview to assess competency. Received phone call a few days later to come to corporate office. They flew me down, and I stayed overnight. In the morning I met with hiring manager, then 3 of his colleagues. Went to lunch with two folks currently in the role to discuss anything that wouldn't be appropriate for interview. Flew home, and a week or so later, I received a phone call from hiring manager offering me the position.
