Interview
They ask for a demo lesson and then if you pass this, you SUPPOSEDLY cannot fail. They ask you to read all their materials (2-3hrs) and then take a mock class where an adult plays the role of a young child. They said positive things and that only one of two things would happen, I have to do another mock class or I’ve passed. Turns out there was another option where they lock me out of my account, I have to chase them up and they tell me my application won’t be taken further.

Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
