Screener interview, interview with would-be boss, writing sample required. Fair and personable. On time and easy to contact. Middle management growing, which is a tad inconvenient. Don’t need subject matter expertise, but rather a good grasp on what private sector clients would want to see.

Interview
Three rounds: one with the recruiter (15-minute phone screen), followed by two Zoom calls with the hiring manager. Also needed to complete a brief assessment, which took me no more than 3 hours.
