Interview
Had an over-the-phone interview w/ HR. Went in and interviewed face-to-face with the group lead. Showed him examples of their work and pointed out problem areas. Showed what I would change and went over work samples from my previous job. Was offered the job at the conclusion of the interview.

Interview questions were basic, about my experience and so forth. I took over the interview and steered it to the material I took with me, like I said above.
