VNA Health interview questions

Phone interview, called me 20 minutes later than scheduled time. Spent most of the conversation talking about their crazy workload, not about me or my qualifications. I ended up being offered the job, didn't receive the offer letter for weeks after that. Went in for my first day and they weren't prepared for me to start. Spent over an hour doing paperwork that could have been completed in 5 minutes online.
