VNS Health interview questions

This was a bit of a great situation that slowly devolved into a nightmare. I first interviewed with a recruiter in early February for a completely different role. She was communicative and I went through that entire interview loop and didn't get the role. However, they pointed out, I'd be a great fit for this other more senior role on a different team. At this point it is April. I talk to the same recruiter about the role and she is gung-ho about it but when I follow up it turns out the HM wants to change the job description and she'll get back to me when she has it. Once that happens (it's now May) I do an excel assignment and send over a one pager per their request. Would you believe it's June and I still haven't heard from the recruiter despite multiple follow ups? Thankfully I am doing something else but just an absolutely ludicrous process from start to finish. A giant red flag and I wouldn't work here if I was not looking for complete and utter disorganization.
