It was not very tough. Form needs to be filled before interview starts. after checking form, the MD takes your interview. he makes you comfortable by offering tea/Coffee. MD is very down to earth & simple person. Then he moves forward with interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at VNS (Portsmouth, RI) in July 2012
Interview
Met with Human Resource Director, then was asked to come back to meet with the CEO of the company. The HR person is very laid back and easy to get along with. The CEO was serious, and intense. I was not prepared for that meeting. It caused my palms to sweat.
