The interview process was straightforward and professional. I had a discussion with the hiring team about my previous fleet operations experience, particularly my work with Lime. The interview focused on asset management, maintenance coordination, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment. I was able to demonstrate my knowledge of fleet operations and explain how my experience would help me succeed in the role. The team was welcoming and made the process comfortable.

The interview was with two managers. The atmosphere was friendly, they walked me through what the job entails and the schedules. Asked some general HR-related questions and in the end I had the chance to ask my questions as well. The interview was in-person at the warehouse.
