Interview
One on one in office with a customer service manager. Very welcoming representative of the usual managers. Not all as friendly once accepted. Training is thorough and staff is impressive.
Quick and really easy super friendly and had the nicest experience so far. They are really into growth. They are quick with training and expect for you to get right on the phone. Idk if that is a good thing yet.
It was through and informative 2 panel interview. They asked a lot of what if scenarios, and educated you on the company and the position. I was told a decision would be made and I would hear something within 2 days, I received a response that evening.

Interview
Phone interview with the recruiter for 10 minutes. She asked basic questions. Then a video interview with two supervisors. All the questions were behavioral. “Tell us about a time when you...” and they wanted a story and then explain the result.
