Received a call from HR a few days after applying to set a phone interview. Phone interview was a couple days later. Then an in-person interview followed by offer letter.

Interview
I submitted my application and was scheduled for an interview which was not an interview but the hiring manager telling me about her needs in the job place. I was never asked a question but was told what the job would entail and that my resume was clear about my skills and experience.
