Interview
They use 2 main ways to find the candidates:
wrote the recruitment information on hrc.com.vn - a recruitment information of Human Resource Club of Foreign Trade University (this website is usually viewed by students, especially students in Hanoi) and by going to university/clubs to tell about VTC Intecom as well as the requirements and benefits of the job to the students who concern.
In interview time:
Firstly, they read the CV that I sent them.
Secondly, they interview the candidates
Thirdly, they discuss together and make decision that which candidates are suitable for the job
