O processo de recrutamento teve alguns problemas e o retorno do processo ocorreu depois de 1 ano. Cheguei a fazer todas as entrevistas e também o envio do case necessário, mas não recebi nenhum retorno. Depois de um ano, fui questionado se gostaria de retomar o processo e não tive a chance de refazer o case (visto que em um ano um profissional adquire novas habilidades) e várias variáveis foram adicionadas ao processo.

Interview
It's a long process, almost 3 months but you get to learn a lot from the product and the ecosystem. You even get the opportunity to get certified in an e-commerce international diploma.

Interview
Difficult & confusing, their interview process kept changing with every step and had me take an exam, then had two more rounds. For a PMM role I was also asked to present a "sales pitch & product demo,'' including all the technical workflows of their product for the final round. Then they ultimately rejected me (after 7 rounds) on the basis that I don't have digital e-commerce experience :)
There were no clear communications on the interview process and anything was happening throughout. Maybe they were undergoing a lot of org changes but it wasn't a very smooth experience interviewing for this organization.
