Interview and hiring process were pretty quick. The interview was three part; VP of Operations, Department Head, CEO. I also was able to talk to some current employees but they were very vague about the work experience. The whole process took about a half a day. The only real interview questions were asked by the VP of Operations. The other participants mostly talked about the job responsibilities and work load, no real questions asked about experience.
