VVater interview questions

Strangely fast, HR had to sit in the interview which was kind of like a big brother situation for the hiring manager. Working for the CEO but they weren't involved in the interview?? When I started I found the truth..not good

Cognitive and personality assessment, recruiter interview and then the COO. Bizarre quirky human. He could not answer questions and almost got defensive when he could not answer basic questions. Great video interview and invited me in for in person. It would have lasted 10 minutes if I had not asked more questions. He just wanted to meet me face to face to make sure I didn't have a third eye. Shortly afterwards, I got a we are going to pass. Thanks, but no thanks. Bizarre experience. I'm certain the visionary CEO is not aware his candidates are having this experience. It is not the experience or process to build a world class company.
