Applied online and they were quick to respond. Interview was 3 parts. First part was a mock phone call. While I was doing the first interview, the HR person called my phone and left a message saying I was being put through for the next interview. Made me wonder since I wasn't even done with the first interview and they were contacting me for the second. Second interview is with HR. Standard HR questions. 3rd interview is a Skype interview. Was with 2 VPs. Went well but one left in the middle of the interview.
After the 3rd interview I didn't hear anything back for some time. Then got a call from the first person I interviewed with who had some additional questions. I asked questions about benefits but interviewer couldn't answer any of them. Also asked if the "bonus"which makes up over 1/2 the potential salary was paid as "commission" or "bonus". I pointed out that a "bonus" is taxed at 30%...much higher then salary or commission so the actual quoted potenial pay is slightly skewed as much more of your income will be taxed.
After the 4th interview there was no response again for several weeks. Finally got the generic email stating I was not selected. Seems like after all that they could have sent a personalized email from one of the 4 people I interviewed with or better yet, a nice phone call.
Wasn't disapointed when all is said and done as the person who got the job is going to have a tough go at it in this market.
First interview was before Thanksgiving and final decision wasn't until mid-January. Long process.
Nice people but no one I interviewed with had any knowledge of the market which is very unique and unusual compared to other markets.
