Interview
Relatively simple interview, but a little disorganized. Two of the three people who were supposed to be on call were not able to make it. The actual interview lasted less than thirty minutes.
Video interview, the person who was supposed to interview me didn’t show and the person interviewing me didn’t know who I’d be reporting to. Overall, it was a very sloppy process which was reflective of how the company operates.
