It was the worst interview I have ever had! She was 25 minutes late, did not read my resume, and knew nothing about me. It wasn't very respectful. She should not be conducting interviews
You will interview with a recruiter who will ask some basic questions such as availability and reliable transportation. You will then interview with Senior General Manager who will ask more in-depth questions.

What kind of experience do you have with property management or customer service?
3 part interview rounds. Very culture driven. Regional leaders. Recruiters and People you may possibly interact with. They want to know about you personally first. Nothing too difficult but you must be a super flexible person to work here.
