Waste of time 1) Selected through naukri.com received email invitation 2) Reached Company where thousands of candidate waiting for the same. 3) some candidate got their turn some not. They are only calling for screening round. You will have to wait for 2 days in office for your screening round. And when your turn will be, they will ignore you just because they don't have even 1 minute to listen each candidate. I think wasting couple of full days just for a interview is just waste of time. They don't have budget to pay high to any candidate. Their starting salary is 16K with rotational shift including night.
