the interview process was easy. I was given a task required for completion within 24 hours. The task was much the same as the daily tasks that obtained from my employer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vaco (San Francisco, CA) in May 2019
Interview
I was interviewed for a content revision position for a foreign language. They conduct the interview in Spanish and english, and have you do a Spanish proficiency test. The questions were fairly standard (how would you describe your work style, do you work well in teams, strengths, weaknesses, etc). They also want to assess your level of cultural awareness by seeing if you know standard sayings in Spanish
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vaco (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Bad experience. The recruiter contacted me only by email and we never talked over the phone. I had two interviews for testing my skills and general questions. All went very well– but then they disappeared without feedback or closing.

Question 1
I guess these interviews and positions are fake. Sounded like a scam. Maybe the firm must comply with a certain number of interviews per month, while they know they are not going to hire you at the end of the process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vaco (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
I had a language assesment interview a couple months ago I was supposed have an answer within a week but they never got back to me. I try contacting them but Noone responsed. Overall bad experience. I would really appreciate at least a quick email saying that I was not selected instead of waiting couple of weeks.
