Interview was too good, I profile was much aligned, but after clearing all the round they have not revert me back and now after around 45 days they are telling me to start from round 1 for the interview.

Process was competitive one but they cannot afford a good and qualified employee..They need 2years experience employee,but the pay they are offering is the pay offered to fresher's by other MNC's..
My advice to Fresher's - Better apply to similar companies and they will pay you literally double the amount of this company's offer
