Questions focused around my experience, ability to multi-tasks & adjust to changes, and previous projects that had gone well or ones you learned from.

Interview
4 month process. Applied, had a first round interview, then a panel, then a final round. Very standard questions about projects I was proud of, projects that hadn’t gone my way and how I handled them, how I approach work across departments, etc. All interviews were virtual.
