Interview
The initial interview went well. The hiring manager said he would get back to me within one week. After a month he offered me a position but said I didn't meet all the qualifications of the job, offered me a low ball salary. I took the offer and regretted it immediately. I was over worked and under paid right out of the gate. Then to top it off, after the ski season was over my hours were cut 25%. I moved my family to Vail, which is a very high cost of living, for the same amount of money I was making in a different market. Then I got my hours cut.
Two virtual interviews. Half day in person final interview. I met eight people total. Very accommodating and thoughtful interviewers. Most provided good insight into the company culture and what type of person the role required.
