Had a phone screen interview that was easy and mostly asked general questions about the knowledge of the company rather than actual qualifications. It was odd as they sent a benefits guide right after the screening, apparently with no intention to give an offer. This is a very confusing way to set up and interview and the interviewer said they would give feedback by the end of the week, but there has been no communication since then.
