It was a 15 min phone call, very brief. The guy on the phone was very friendly and answered a lot of my questions. Very easy, did not prepare well at all but the questions were easy. It was more a conversation then an interview.

Completely online for season. Online personality test. Not sure what they are looking for. Got my offer via text. On-boarded through links and online training. Pretty surreal. Never spoke to a human until day 1.
