Interview process had 3 phases.
1. Talk to the business unit manager:
In this phase you are more informed about what does company do, you talk about your experience, general stuff.
2. Getting the technical test
You are given a specific task to get done in 7 days
3. Salary negotiation
4. Talk with the CEO
More information about company, like values, and classical questions, like where do you see your self in 5 years, your values. Mostly it's about for CEO to see if you will fit in as a person.
