I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vaisala
Interview
The interview process consisted of two stages: an initial screening call with the manager and an in-person interview at the company’s office.
During the on-site interview, there were two parts. The first part focused on general questions about my technology stack, previous experience, and background. The second part was a whiteboard system design session.
Both stages were well-organized and conducted in a professional manner. Overall, the interview process left a very positive impression.

Interview
I interviewed at Vaisala (Seattle, WA) in June 2017. The process took 3 weeks, the first round was a phone screening followed by the onsite interview. The interviews were mostly talking about the resume and the past experience, and also a bit of whiteboarding.
The overall experience was not great as they should give better reasons than "typos in resume" to reject a software engineer applicant after the onsite interview.
