2 persons interviews depending when you do the interview. I got hired on the spot. After that, I did sign some document for them including information necessary for emergency, where I live and more. But they did not show a proof of qualification by the interview only after you get hired. It would be great if they ask it at the interview to avoid hired unqualified candidate for the position.
