Embedded Software Engineer HR interview
It was 15 min, there were 2 HR members, at first they asked me to respond only in English, then asked me the following questions:
1- Start by introducing yourself
2- Tell me more about your experience for your graduation project and was it a group project or individual
3 - Did you have any problem or difficult situation with your team mates ?
4 - Based on your experience which do you prefer working in group or individual ?
5 - Why do you like to join valeo ?
6 - Can you tell me about a challenging situation that you went through and how did you deal with it ?
7 - What you consider your biggest achievement so far ?
8 - What are your career goals ?
9 - What you like to do in your free time for fun ?
10 - When will you have your graduation certificate exactly ?
11 - Do you have any relatives working in valeo ?
12 - Do you have any medical history that the company should be aware of ?
13 - Are you ok with traveling for business trips ?

You can skip their questions with ease, but they still reject you, you can get the rejection email and the acceptance email on the same day together, and this shows the extent of their administrative confusion.
It is quite easy
The first round is group discussion, the second round is the HR round, and the third round is the manager round. Those who cleared all these rounds then only get the offer letter

Interview
Physical interview. Tipical background questions about previous positions and career path, followed by a technical evaluation, with different questions relevant to the rolll in a paper, with a limit time to think and answer. Afterwards a revision and feedback about the exam.
